I googled for a keygen to look at TVX tonight. I found one which worked 1st time but after about 10 mins I realised that this was going nowhere.
The whole thing is totally censored and you get to see nothing more than you'd see in The Sunday Sport newspaper. A few boobs and alot of moaning and groaning and fake sex scenes of which you can't see cos of the obscurred camera angles. I don't even think anyone actually has sex. It looks like it's all simulated. I realise there are laws about showing penetration on UK tv but they didn't even show a glimpse of a private part or anything.
What's the point in having a porn channel with no porn? I can get better stuff by surfing the internet. Why would anyone pay for such crap where you don't get to see anything? It's like one of those live webcams where they keep you hanging on expecting them to give you a flash any second but never do and you never get to see anything. Yours to keep to watch again and again. I could go into my local newsagent and get a copy of Mayfair when I was 16 and get to see more than they showed tonight. Why even bother if that's all their gonna show you?
Why do we have these ridiculous old fashioned laws on sex in this country? Typical government. Old fuddy-duddy, stuck in the past MP's whith no sense of fun who like to spoil other people's enjoyments in life. The people that run these channels have invested loads of money in softcore material and a change in the laws would render a vast part of their fortune obsolete. You would be surprised who is really stopping an advancement to hardcore in this country..

I was watching TVX on freeview last night, and noticed that the onscreen guide was different from what was being shown.
so basicaly what i was wondering is:
*is it a different version of television X for freeview?
*Is it television X that airs 7 days a week on freeview
*Is it a mix of television X/ RedHot Tv channels that are shown with a different 1 each night?

As I understand it, under ITC rules it has to be 18-rated, which means sex has to be simulated or as good as. Hence no male stiffies. However, they can show female genitalia and they have done so in the past. They can show them being touched, but not penetrated.
I know that because I used to have a sub. It was a few years ago now, before broadband was so common. I thought the soft porn worked when it was mostly about beautiful girls with no clothes on. It generally didn't work when they were having sex, for the reason you give - the censorship just distracted.
Sturgeon's Law applies to porn as it does everything else. 90% of it is rubbish. Most of the material on TVX was either hard-core edited down to softcore, or material specifically produced for softcore markets which often meant even softer than UK laws allow. It was rare to get something designed for the limits of UK broadcast.
What counts as erotic is partly a matter of context. The brain is a sex organ. Soft porn can work, if you have an imagination, or if you just want to see beautiful naked young women.

You can find free stuff across the skies of Europe that's more hardcore.
Remember seeing a documentary once which said that film makers in the UK have to make 2 versions of some films. One that can be sold in places licenced to sell the more explicit versions and the other to be shown on the UK porn channels - so some of the stuff that isn't seen on TVX is actually people having sex.

Google the words 'television x codes keygen' and you'll find it. Sorry but not posting the link as another member said it might be against forum rules. I guarantee you'll turn it off after 10 mins as you'll be so frustrated by it cos you'll not actually get to see anything other than bums and boobs. The code lasts for one night only so you'll need to get a new code every night.
